American Range's ARSB is a gas-powered salamander broiler. Putting out 36,000 BTU of instant, even heat, the ARSB can be used for melted cheese dishes such as Italian or Mexican specialties, or to finish or brown a wide variety of foods. The infrared broiler provides instant, even heating for the perfect preparation of steaks, fish, and lobster. Due to its versatility, browning and finishing a wide range of foods, such as au gratin dishes, garlic toast, and omelettes, are a breeze.
Built for durability, this unit has a heavy-gauge insulated body and stainless steel front and sides. The grid rack assembly rolls out for ease off loading and unloading, and the drain pan and broiler grid can be easily removed for cleaning. This product differs from the ARSM in that rather than one burner, it has two with independent controls.
