This fryer comes standard with UltraClear filtration. This is a great way to extend oil life and produce great-tasting results. Our UltraStat 23 computer controls, with ten keys for easy programming, allow you to easily maintain consistent temperatures and hold times. Also featured is the UltraGuard automatic melt cycle with vat protection. This feature heats shortening without scorching and prevents dry-firing when oil is low or empty.
