The largest chamber in the FIT lineup at 0.83 cu.ft (23.7L), the Fit XL is built for operations that need more capacity per cook cycle without sacrificing speed. Two 1,100-watt magnetrons work alongside independently controlled high-speed impinged air, operated through a user-friendly touchscreen panel with unlimited recipe storage across 16 groups and up to 8 steps each.

Wi-Fi and wired RJ45 connectivity enable remote management via Prática's IOK online platform for system updates and recipe import/export, with a USB port providing the same functionality on-site.

Certified ventless with EPA 202 certification, the Fit XL eliminates the need for a vent hood.
