The Prince Castle EHB42 is a 4×2 extended holding bin with an eight-pan capacity (1/3 size pans, included with 4 lids). It stacks four shelves vertically on the same compact 19.7-inch width as the EHB22, doubling pan capacity without expanding the counter footprint — ideal for kitchens with limited counter space but high holding volume requirements.

Patented dual-zone temperature controls double hold times for every food type across all four shelf levels. Timer bars at each of the eight pan positions ensure first-in, first-out rotation with cook-more alerts to keep product flowing during peak service.

Program up to 25 menu presets across 6 day parts, update menus via USB or Ethernet (KMS/Xenial Chef™ compatible), and maintain the unit with a simple daily wipe-down thanks to the rackless interior. Available in pass-through and single-sided configurations.
