Forced Air Refrigeration System: Cold air circulates beneath the pans for consistent top rail temperatures. Uses CFC-free R-134A refrigerant.

Insulated Stainless Hood & Lid: Minimizes condensation and keeps pans colder. Removable for easy cleaning.

Reversible 10" Cutting Board: Full-length, NSF-approved polyethylene board for efficient prep. Removable and reversible.

Front Breathing Design: Allows for built-in installation without compromising performance.

Pan Configuration: Comes standard with clear polycarbonate, NSF-approved 1/6 size 4" deep food pans. Accommodates up to 6" deep pans. (FST-27-8 includes (6) 1/6 pans + (2) 1/9 pans.)
