An elevated refrigerated rail holds up to five 3-1/2 quart jars at 45°F to 55°F, positioning key ingredients closer to the crew for faster assembly. Forced air circulation delivers uniform temperature throughout the 4.84 cu.ft cabinet, with one heavy-gauge wire shelf adjustable in 1/2" increments.

A removable 8.5" polyethylene cutting board provides a larger, more durable work surface than the standard configuration. The stainless steel door features magnetic Thermo Rubber gaskets for an airtight seal, assembled with high-load brackets for durability.
