The American Range Radiant Broiler with Oven Base pairs a radiant charbroiler top with a full oven base beneath, giving operators broiling and roasting capacity in a single footprint. Available in 24" (AR-2RB), 36" (AR-3RB), and 48" (AR-4RB) widths, the oven base can be configured as convection, innovection, or standard oven to match kitchen needs.

15,000 BTU/hr. burners spaced every 6" deliver consistent heat across the broiler surface, positioned at a 38" cooking height for comfortable operator access. A 6" stub back comes standard, and the unit is available with optional casters for mobility.
