The ALL IN ONE 1500 doubles the curing capacity of the 700 in a full-size, double-door cabinet built for operations that treat charcuterie and cheese programs as a core part of the business — not a side project. At 59"W x 33"D x 82"H with 200 kg (440 lbs) of capacity, this is the cabinet for restaurants running house-cured salumi programs, specialty delis producing their own charcuterie boards, artisanal cheese makers aging product for wholesale, and hotels offering curated curing displays as part of the guest experience. The dual-door layout lets operators separate charcuterie from cheese, manage different curing timelines in parallel, or dedicate the full cabinet to a single large-batch production run.
The same 7" EVERtouch control platform runs the show: 8 pre-set recipes, 150 programmable recipes with up to 20 phases each, and real-time trend visualization of temperature, humidity, weight, and pH (optional probes). Temperature spans +32°F to +86°F. The built-in humidifier with heater drives humidity from 40% to 95% (water connection required). Ventilation speed toggles between HIGH and LOW to match airflow needs across product types and curing stages. Construction is identical to the 700: 2.95" (75mm) polyurethane insulation, AISI 304 stainless steel interior with rounded corners and moulded bottom, MONOBLOCK refrigerating unit with external evaporator, R290 natural refrigerant, WiFi remote monitoring via the Everlasting app, HACCP data logging, self-closing doors with 105° stop, and key lock.
