Meatico ALL IN ONE 700 — Single-Door Charcuterie and Cheese Curing Cabinet

The ALL IN ONE 700 is built for operators who want to cure charcuterie, age cheese, or do both — in a single cabinet that eliminates the need for a dedicated curing room. At 30"W x 33"D x 82"H, it delivers 100 kg (220 lbs) of curing capacity in a footprint that fits inside a restaurant kitchen, behind a deli counter, or in a specialty food shop. The 7" EVERtouch touchscreen panel puts full recipe-based control at the operator's fingertips: 8 pre-set programs for common curing protocols, 150 programmable recipes with up to 20 phases each, and real-time visualization of temperature, humidity, and cycle progress. Program a 90-day sopressata cure or a 6-month Parmigiano-style affinage — the cabinet manages the phases automatically.

Temperature range spans +32°F to +86°F, covering everything from cold-cured salumi to warm-phase cheese ripening. The built-in humidifier with heater delivers humidity control from 40% to 95% (water connection required) — the range needed to move product through different curing stages without manual intervention. Ventilation speed is adjustable between HIGH and LOW settings to match airflow requirements for different products at different stages. Construction features 2.95" (75mm) polyurethane insulation, AISI 304 stainless steel interior with rounded corners and moulded bottom for easy cleaning, MONOBLOCK refrigerating unit with external evaporator for easy maintenance access, and R290 natural refrigerant. WiFi remote connection is standard — the Everlasting app provides full monitoring and control from anywhere. U.V. germicidal lamps, self-closing doors with 105° stop, key lock, and HACCP data logging round out the package. Available in Inox, Glass, VIP, and Black finishes.
