The Prince Castle MHB100HM1 is a pass-through holding module that stacks onto the MHB Main Base or Expansion Base. Each module holds one 1/3 size pan (sold separately) with independent temperature and hold-time control — allowing different food types to be held at their optimal conditions across modules.

The pass-through design provides access from both sides of the unit, reducing reach distance and speeding up assembly during peak service. Modules stack vertically and can be seamlessly switched between pass-through and single-sided orientation to match evolving kitchen workflows.

Up to 8 total modules can run on a single circuit across the MHB system, making it one of the most power-efficient holding solutions available for operations with growing menus and limited electrical infrastructure.
