The MEAT 700 is where Meatico's lineup crosses from compact convenience into full commercial dry-aging capability. At 30"W x 33"D x 82"H with 330 lbs of internal storage, the 700 supports the kind of program that ends up on menus and in display cases — not just a few cuts aging in the corner. The built-in hook rail with 2 stainless steel hooks rated to 110 lbs means operators can hang full primals and sub-primals for traditional hanging dry age while simultaneously running shelf-aged cuts on the three included wire shelves. That dual-method flexibility is what makes a real dry-aging program viable for steakhouses, butcher shops, and grocery meat departments. Available in Black, Stainless, Glass, and Two-Tone finishes.
Construction steps up from the smaller models with 2.95" high-density polyurethane foam insulation — nearly 50% thicker than the 150 and 400 — which translates to better temperature stability and a more consistent aging environment over long cycles. Cooling capacity is rated at 630W (ASHRAE), powered by an Embraco compressor running R290 natural refrigerant. The full Meatico technology suite is standard: touchscreen MEATouch controller with HACCP data logging, WiFi and Bluetooth remote monitoring via the Meatico app, U.V. germicidal lamps, internal lighting, and key lock security. Temperature holds +32°F to +50°F with humidity adjustable from 40% to 90% — no water line required. Power draw is 0.88 kW on 115V/60Hz at 9.1 amps.
