The Pirogue Tower is a heavy-duty dispensing solution designed for high-volume commercial venues and island bars. Fabricated entirely from industrial-grade 304 Schedule 10 Stainless Steel, this bridge-style tower features a robust pipe construction that delivers a striking "industrial chic" aesthetic.

The series is defined by its versatility, offering Single Faced models for standard service and Double Faced (DF) models for high-traffic island bars, allowing bartenders to pour simultaneously from both sides of the tower.

Face Configurations

Single Faced (SF)

• Application: Standard bars, back bars, or service stations where dispensing is required from one side only.
• Capacity: Configurable from 4 to 26 faucets in a single row.
• Availability: Counter Mount, Soffit Mount, and Wall Mount.

Double Faced (DF)

• Application: Island bars, stadiums, and high-volume taprooms. Faucets are mounted on both the front and back of the bridge, maximizing serving efficiency without increasing the tower's footprint.
• Capacity: Mirrors the single-faced capacity on both sides (e.g., a 10-faucet length provides 10 taps on the front and 10 taps on the back).
• Availability: Counter Mount and Soffit Mount only.

Mounting Styles

• Counter Mount (Model: CM) The classic "Pass-Thru" bridge design that secures directly to the bar top.
  • Best For: Creating a centerpiece on a front bar or island.
  • Versions: Single Faced & Double Faced.
  • Clearance: 10 7/8" from deck to faucet center.
  • Base: 6" diameter mounting flanges with 13 1/2" total height.
• Soffit Mount (Model: SM) A suspended configuration that hangs from the ceiling or header, keeping the bar top completely clear.
  • Best For: Venues requiring open sightlines or maximum counter space.
  • Versions: Single Faced & Double Faced.
  • Installation: Custom drop pipe lengths available to match ceiling height.
  • Ergonomics: Recommended installation height of 55"-59" from finished floor to faucet.
• Wall Mount (Model: WM) A cantilevered "floating" design that mounts to a vertical surface.
  • Best For: Back-bar setups with limited counter depth.
  • Versions: Single Faced only.
  • Projection: Extends 17" from the wall to the front of the faucet.
