The RouxGaRoux Tower is a commanding T-style dispensing system designed for high-capacity service in commercial environments. Built from robust 304 Schedule 10 Stainless Steel, this tower features a centered vertical column supporting a wide horizontal crossbar, delivering a balanced, symmetrical aesthetic. Its versatile design makes it ideal for everything from busy taprooms to stadium concessions. The series offers Single Faced models for traditional back-bar or front-bar setups and Double Faced (DF) models for island configurations, allowing bartenders to pour from both sides of the station simultaneously.

Face Configurations

Single Faced (SF)

• Application: Standard bars where faucets are needed on the front side only.
• Capacity: Configurable from 4 to 18 faucets in a single row.
• Availability: Counter Mount, Soffit Mount, and Wall Mount.

Double Faced (DF)

• Application: Island bars and high-volume venues requiring access from both sides. Faucets are mounted on both the front and back of the crossbar.
• Capacity: Configurable from 4 to 18 faucets per side.
• Availability: Counter Mount and Soffit Mount.

Mounting Styles

• Counter Mount (Model: CM) The classic T-Tower design that anchors directly to the bar top with a central pedestal.
  • Best For: Front bars and island stations requiring a sturdy, centered focal point.
  • Versions: Single Faced & Double Faced.
  • Clearance: 10 7/8" from deck to faucet center.
  • Base: 9" diameter mounting flange.
  • Total Height: 13 1/2".
• Soffit Mount (Model: SM) A suspended T-configuration that hangs from the ceiling, keeping the counter surface completely open.
  • Best For: Maximizing counter space and maintaining clear sightlines.
  • Versions: Single Faced & Double Faced.
  • Installation: Custom drop pipe lengths available.
  • Ergonomics: Recommended installation height of 55"-59" from finished floor to faucet.
• Wall Mount (Model: WM) A T-style tower that secures to a vertical wall surface.
  • Best For: Back-bar applications with limited counter depth.
  • Versions: Single Faced only.
  • Projection: Extends 17" from the wall to the front of the faucet.
  • Clearance: 8" from wall to center of the tower pipe.
